Dear Readers,

In this issue, we examine the current craze for "inking"-- tattooing your office girl.  Once considered a sign of rebellion, tattooing is has come full circle to represent the tightening of institutional control of junior female office staffers.  You'll be surprised at how widespread it is becoming-- and why!

For those perpetual "no hopers" out there, we're also pleased to offer the PA Magazine Interview Test.  Sharpen your pencils girls and find out if you have the "right stuff" to land that elusive secretarial job!
