He obviously likes big breasts. As for back pain, one obvious solution would be to be on your back as much as possible, I sure your boss will understand and approve...

Sorry, Busted, but everything is above board and legal. Since the opperation was subsidised by the corporation your boss has every right to dictate the results. Look at it this way, you avoid the need for a repeat opperation the next time the board sets the standard to D cups. Since the company has placed this investment in your future, please ensure that your boss gets value for money in service.

Well, Busted, the surgeon certainly did a fine job on you, so I don't see how you can call it malpractice. I'd call it service above and beyond the call of duty. You may feel awkward with your new breasts, but get used to them: they're not going anywhere!
