FROM CHAS:

Incentive pay is a staple of the business community. Office assistants who perform do much better than those who content themselves with paperwork, coffee and gossip. There can be several penalties depending on your company's policies (other penalties can include non-compliance with superiors, lacklustre wardrobe, spitting, troublemaking, unauthorized masturbation or lesbianism), and also several rewards (possibly including those for stunning wardrobe, swallowing, performing). You notice how easy it is to change one's standing, however? To go from 'spitting' to 'swallowing,' it only takes a change of mind. In your case, to go from an STG to a BTG takes a little more -- particularily money -- but if you place a request with Human Resources, they might be willing to subsidize implant surgery... provided that your previous track record is promising enough that it's clear such surgery would be a good investment. You said yourself that you've always been self-conscious -- well, now the company is providing the incentive for you to better yourself. A good P.A. always knows how to keep a good attitude, smile, and go for it.
