FROM GREYMAN:

Dear Wrong,
Yes, there are many Customer Service jobs available, but there are also many more applicants who are willing to do anything to get that job. If you continue to refuse to service your accounts, your bad performance record will be registered with the National Employer's Index. To even make it to an interview, you will have to make it clear that you will to go to any length to prove that you have what it takes. Otherwise, what will you be wearing to the unemployment office?

FROM CHAS:

Poor performance is something that can haunt you for the rest of your career. Rather than running away, it would be best to learn to perform better. Up until now, you have only been asked for the simplest of information, and yet you've balked at even that. It doesn't hurt you to wear shorter skirts or comply with requests to rub yourself -- on the contrary, eventually you will realize that it's much more enjoyable to interact with an explorative superior than to deal with someone who is just all business.

A sincere 'I'm sorry, I will do better I promise' is a good way to turn things around, but it is only a start. The coming weekend will be a harsh test for you, and you will have to work diligently to prove that you want to continue your career. Follow every instruction to the letter, no matter how demanding -- remember, you are being tested, and the alternative is a blemish that goes on your permanent record. And for the longer term, you could even take the initiative and propose that a webcam be installed at your station, so that you can better interact with Mr. Adams or any other of your important contacts. If you prove to be eager in your duties from this point on and develop a good work history, it can do wonders for your job references, and turn a miserable position into a pleasurable one.
